Biography:

Denise Ziegler is a talented, ambitious real estate professional helping buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals.

Born and raised in Bismarck, she grew up as part of a family involved in residential construction which has given her many years of knowledge regarding the area’s construction and real estate industries. Knowledge that can be put to use to better serve you, the client.

Denise has worked as a paralegal since 1994 and continues working in this field. She has also been a freelance writer since 2004, writing for a variety of publications, both locally and nationally. Her paralegal and writing careers have provided skills in conducting research and locating information from a vast array of sources.

With her hobbies including horseback riding (competitive and for pleasure), camping, snowmobiling, and most any outdoor activity, Denise is versed in a variety of interests individuals may have and require with their home ownership needs and is looking forward to helping you meet your real estate goals.

Education:

- Completed the 30-hour University of North Dakota “Real Estate Principles Pre-Licensure Course” on January 27, 2006.
- Continued attendance of legal education seminars at various times and locations as sponsored by the Western Dakota Association of Legal Assistants; the Red River Valley Association of Legal Assistants; and the National Association of Legal Assistants in order to maintain Certified Legal Assistant designation from 1994 - present.
- 1995 graduate of Interstate Business College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in paralegal studies. Final GPA: 3.96.
